UK Immigration for High Net Worth Individuals

 Tier 1 Investor Visa Package

Having UK residency is naturally a prized possession in a complex and rapidly changing world. With access to living in a world class city such as London and easy access to continental Europe, you open up a wide range of new opportunities.

In response to a wide range of factors, new immigration rules came into force on 6th April 2011 that allow entry to the UK as a Tier 1 (Investor). In short, as an investor you need to bring at least £1 million of your own money into the UK in specified types of investment. This level of investment must be maintained throughout your stay. On receipt of the Visa you would gain residency in the UK for a period of three years and four months.

Towards the end of the residency term an application can be made for an extension and subsequently naturalisation, giving UK citizenship.

How is the application process managed?

At ca financial services we have enlisted the services of an expert panel of solicitors and barristers. With decades of experience at the very highest levels of immigration law, their immigration teams ensure that all cases have specialist legal attention from the moment they are received.

  • All cases are managed by an experienced immigration barrister.
  • They are able to deal with the regular changes to UK Border Agency policy
  • Each case is handled in a bespoke manner, to achieve a high degree of success in a short time frame.
  • They aim to obtain a Visa for a client within 2 months, subject to full client cooperation and documentation being received in a timely manner.

Having achieved residency status for clients, our barristers are exceptionally well placed to deal with changes in status, extensions to Tier 1 status and the naturalisation process.
